What this site is
This website is the corporate site for EnginexAI LLP. It describes EnginexAI products, including FMOS (provided separately at fmos.in and app.fmos.in) and QPass. The FMOS properties have their own terms and privacy notices.
Information we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you submit, and optional company, phone, and enquiry type. The server may also store a technical address and time so we can prevent abuse.
We do not run advertising pixels on this site. Standard server logs may record requests (page, time, browser) as part of hosting.
How we use it
Contact submissions are used only to respond to you and to understand the enquiry. They are stored on the server. If an EnginexAI email address is configured, a copy may also be sent there.
Sharing
We do not sell this information. Hosting, DNS, and email providers may process it as part of running the site. We will not invent other processors here.
Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted or archived according to our internal process once that process is documented.
Your requests
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of a message you sent, use the contact form and say that you are making a privacy request. A dedicated privacy email will be listed here when that inbox exists.
